Rache made purchasing our first home the best experience! We were very nervous and also very clueless on he process, but Rache put our concerns at ease! She always kept us informed on the progress of everything! Also, we had a family emergency that took us out of state right before our closing... but it was not an issues as Rache contacted the escrow company and made a last minute arrangement for us to sign our papers before we left town and she was gracious enough to hold the keys and deliver to a family member so we could move in promptly upon our return home. Normally you'd think a realtors work is done once you have closed, but Rache went above and beyond even after we closed. We had such a hard time finding out who our utilities were through, but Rache was able to hunt down that information for us in an incredibly short period of time! To this day, we still kee in touch with Rache and her team as she has a large list of contractors I you should need help with your home and financial knowledge base if you are considering refinancing versus adding additional payments to your loan. Rache helped me with the short sale of my condo. The bank was not cooperative and she ended up selling it 5 times before the bank cooperated. Rache, helped us purchase our home in Vancouver WA, though she works out of Seattle. She learn our area as if it was her backyard.
